Object Description:

POWDER FLASK
Maker unknown - Plain inexpensive and unmarked copper powder flask with common top with adjustable spout, and made without carrying rings. Body of flask has rudimentary "bush" design on both sides. Small dent on seam near bottom of flask but not ruptured.

Flask donated to the Springfield Armory NHS by Tufts University (Victor A. Friend Collection) on 3 August 1979.

Friend's #A-33 - "Copper Powder Flask. 6 inch. Plain lotus design. Graduated brass nozzle."
