Object Description:

POWDER FLASK
Maker unknown - Large zinc powder flask with brass top of common variety with external spring and adjustable charger. Has two carring rings and is totally unmarked. Both sides of body are embossed with a full fluted design. Top unscrews. Complete and in good condition. Seams all tight.

Flask donated to the Springfield Armory NHS by Tufts University (Victor A. Friend Collection) on 3 August 1979.
